Room Management: booking and managing space

Unexpected interruptions, ghost bookings or - even worse - duplicate entries... Walking into a full meeting room or being disturbed during an important meeting is tedious and inefficient. It also often leads to irritations or annoyances. Especially if it happens because it is not clear where meeting rooms can be booked. Or because it is simply not visible whether the spaces are available or not. A Room Management system (space reservation system) is the answer.

There are branch-specific applications for space reservation that are more important in some sectors than in others, but generally the applications of space reservation are the same for most industries. Indeed, the aim is to create an optimal utilization of space and facilities.

  • Simplifying the reservation process
  • Prevention of double bookings or ghost bookings
  • Prevention of disturbing parties already present
  • Providing additional facilities for meeting rooms
  • Simplify the ability to extend a meeting
  • Providing insight into the utilization of space or workspaces
  • Providing insight into the cost of rooms and additional facilities

There are reasons enough to choose for Room Management.
