Despite the fact that BIS only collaborates with top-brand suppliers who are known for the reliability and quality of their portfolio, unfortunately it can happen sometimes that a product will develop a fault or performance will become unacceptable due to loss of quality. In such cases, you can rely on the troubleshooting and maintenance service at BIS.

We see the fulfilment of your servicing and maintenance requirements as one or our core tasks. In the process, we take a proactive approach by preventing and repairing faults, meeting requirements and providing advice on commonly experienced problems. The purpose of doing that is, of course, to guarantee the functionality of your audiovisual solutions. In order to realise that, BIS has a clearly defined service plan which outlines the level of service to be provided, the frequency of reports, etc..

With the BIS Troubleshooting & Maintenance service, you have the following options to choose from:

  • Unlimited helpdesk support via telephone, e-mail, chat and video
  • Remote control of your systems for the purpose of providing support and resolving problems
  • On-site localisation and elimination of faults for customers
  • Replacement equipment with at least the same spec
  • Repairs carried out under warranty at the certified BIS repair centre
  • Preventive maintenance: inspection, monitoring, cleaning, adjustment and reporting

The BIS support team has all the certifications required and is suitably qualified to manage, maintain and service your solutions efficiently. Our engineers are VCA VOL-certified as a result of BIS being a VCA**-certified organisation. Our team also has the relevant technical documentation required in order for them to be able to resolve problems on site. That documentation includes technical (CAD) block diagrams, cable route maps and cable plans.
