The BIS support team has all the certifications required and is suitably qualified to manage, maintain and service your solutions efficiently. Our engineers are VCA VOL-certified as a result of BIS being a VCA**-certified organisation. Our team also has the relevant technical documentation required in order for them to be able to resolve problems on site. That documentation includes technical (CAD) block diagrams, cable route maps and cable plans.
