BIS|Econocom was engaged for the relocation of Ageas' office to a new site.

For this new project, Ageas wanted to fully embrace hybrid working. After Covid, this became the most logical choice for many companies. As a result, several private offices are equipped with a dual display based on an integrated Lightware switch. For the meeting rooms, the client opted decisively for a unified Microsoft Teams Rooms experience. Content sharing always takes place through Teams.

This way, it's easy for every user to share content or start a hybrid meeting with both internal and remote participants.

Boardroom of the future

The magnificent boardroom is not only aesthetically pleasing but also a practical gem. With an integrated screen for each participant, engagement is guaranteed for everyone. In terms of audio and acoustics, this boardroom meets all the requirements for a high-end meeting.

Atrium

With the atrium as the centerpiece of this project, the audiovisual technology had to be top-notch as well. This space was made as versatile as possible: serving as both a cafeteria and an informal presentation and gathering space for colleagues.

Multipurpose room

With a view of Brussels' North district, the multipurpose room has a lot to offer. Whether used as a whole or divided into smaller spaces, it can be flexibly utilized with suitable audio and display solutions. At the front of the main hall, a gigantic LED wall is used, along with cameras for remote participants to engage.
