Managed AV

To put it simply, managed AV means that we integrate and manage all your connectors of your audio-visual equipment (regardless brand or location) in a standard network using a brand-independent software platform.

Room Management with previews of Evoko Booking & Evoko Calendar plugin
Evoko Room Panels no longer need an introduction. This year 2 important products will be added to the portfolio of this manufacturer. The Evoko Booking system will be strongly renewed and there will be a real Outlook plug-in to reserve things like catering, flexible office spaces, etc. and to link them to a specific meeting.
